This article is in several sections. 1) Health and Safety. 2) Testing for allergies. 3) Irritant Information. 4) Sample ideas. 5) Stories/information from others. ===================== 1) Health and Safety ===================== One of the most important things to always remember is everyone is different. No two people will react the same way to the same substance. What is mild for one person can be extreme for another. Don't blame your partner if they react differently then someone else. One of the dangers is allergies. Even if someone tests fine, an allergy can still occur. An allergy can also develop over time so things are fine until the x+1st application. See the section on Testing for allergies below. The internal chemistry of the vagina, anus, and urinary track are all different. They also have very different capabilities and attributes. Chemical play can upset this chemistry. Vagina/clit/labia: The vagina is very sensitive to sugar and other sweeteners that can lead to yeast infections. You don't want to cause a yeast infection if you can avoid it. The vagina is not designed to absorb chemicals, but some absorption may occur. Anus/Rectum: The large intestine is designed to absorb water and other substances. This absorption can be much faster then expected. I recommend only food grade or edible substances be used. Example: Alcohol is absorbed much faster and great care should be used when using alcohol or any other substances that can cause problems. The speed is fast enough that what might be a mild consumption if taken orally could be dangerous or fatal if introduced anally. Urinary tract/bladder: Urinary infections can be dangerous and hard to cure. The female tract is shorter then the male tract and tends to catch them more often then the male tract. Blocking the urinary tract can cause the bladder to fill up and cause increased pressure on the kidneys leading to kidney problems. I have no experience in this area, but have run across and read many articles. Breasts/Butt/Skin: In general, skin passes chemicals very slowly. Some substances are designed to be absorbed faster then others, such as muscle rubs. My preferences again is either edible or substances designed to be rubbed on the skin. Scrotum/Penis: I've never used them, but from the articles/reports/posts I've read I'd say the penis tends to react about the same as the Vagina. The scrotum is more sensitive then plain skin, but not as sensitive as the penis. Some chemicals in some areas can affect the protective mucus and skin. This can cause an increased chance of problems. My general recommendation is to allow plenty of time for recovery between applications. Even minor applications can cause upset that can take some time to heal. There are no hard/fast rules as everyone is different and will react and recover at different rates. I recommend diluting and/or using a very small amount the first time. Dilutions should be 5:1 to 20:1 when first trying something. You don't want your partner safe-wording, jumping up and down, rushing to wash/remove the substance. (Well maybe you do, but consensual play is different.) The way to dilute a substance depends on its base. Water based substances can be diluted with water. Oil based substances can be diluted with oil (olive oil, vegetable, etc). You can also kind of dilute oils with water by placing in a small bottle, adding water and shaking vigorously to make a suspension. Some substances can cause chemical burns (blisters or worse) if used full strength. Some will cause some redness. Some substances will have an immediate reaction while others can have a delayed reaction. You should wait at least 5 minutes or longer before assuming nothing will happen. You should also be careful about mixing substances as the results can be very unpredictable. OOPS! It's too hot, how do I stop it? There is good news and bad news. The bad news is many substances can't be stopped or fully alleviated. Some can't be alleviated at all. Washing with soap and water will work with some, but can exasperate others. Capsicum/Capsaicin based substances can sometimes be partly alleviated with milk, yogurt, or other dairy products. Reports are mixed on how well this works. You should allow time between applications when trying things out. One substance may dull the senses and give false or misleading intensity readings on other substances. You may also find that one substance can cause another substance to be much more intense. Some substances can be toxic and absorbed through the skin. READ THE LABEL. Then READ THE LABEL AGAIN. I try to only use substances either designed to be eaten and/or applied to the body. Many of these substances are oils and will eat plastic/latex at various speeds. Being oils, they will not wash off with plain water; you have to use soap or other cleansers which may have their own problems. This youtube video came to my attention and I'm including it here for safety: https://youtu.be/Le-IKCLGT9A This applies to most of the substances in the document. ======================== 2 Testing for Allergies ======================== Some words of common sense from Lady Midnite When checking for allergic reactions, remember to use a window of 24-48 hours. Test the substance on the inside of the elbow, as the skin is quite sensitive there. Apply the substance, leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then wash off. Observe the area for the next 1-2 days checking for swelling, rash, redness. If there are no adverse effects, have a blast! Also, if you haven't used something in a while, make sure to re-test before going hog wild. People's systems change and something that may not have bothered you 6 months ago can wreak havoc on you now. ======================= 3 Irritant Information ======================= You should be able to find an Sds (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safety_data_sheet, formerly MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)) for just about every substance. I recommend finding and reading the ones for any chemicals you plan on using. They may not answer specific questions, but give at least an idea of how safe or dangerous a substance is. Common sources for these substances include party supply stores, baking supply stores, grocery stores, pharmacies/drug stores, and online at places like Amazon. Some are easier to find then others. Common sizes range from .5 ounces to 8 ounces or larger. Some substances come in both food grade and non-food grade versions. The 'active' ingredient in many items is Capsicum/Capsaicin or menthol. I've noted this after the substance name for those I know about. Some start almost instantly while others can take a few minutes to start. The effects generally last 20 to 30 minutes for small amounts. Some people have reported effects lasting hours for larger amounts. There is a lot of variation between people. Some report things start slow and ramp up over about 5 minutes to full and then after 20 to 30 minutes start to taper off. Others report pretty much full burn from start to end. Some can be reactivated by water so the first bath/shower after playing might be more interesting then desired ;) I recommend always starting with very small amounts to find out what your reaction is first. If you pour a full bottle of Tabasco Sauce on your pussy and it burns for hours, don't blame me. The effects can be enhanced by wiping off mucus/fluids from areas normally covered by them and/or abrading the areas with sandpaper or plastic pot scrubbing type pads or other methods. Do not use steel wool or metal scrubbing items as they can cut and/or embed particles of metal under the skin which is NOT good. Spanking/paddling/whipping/etc. also counts as abrasion as it helps remove the top layer of dead skin as well as it can make the skin more sensitive to the effects. I've added an indication of strength based on either my experience or reports from others. Your experience will vary as different people are more or less sensitive to various substances. Some items come in multiple strengths or types. Different brands and types of toothpaste can vary quite a bit. I've decided to rate things as follows: mild: Sufficiently mild that pretty much everyone can handles this. medium: More intense and most people can handle this. heavy: Stronger then medium, but not on the extreme side. A punishment level for some, but not outside the tolerance of more intense players. extreme: The more dedicated masochists can usually enjoy this or even tolerate it. Not for the faint of heart. crazy: Not for the faint of heart. Hotter then extreme. The rating is only for 'average' usage. Heavy usage can be rated stronger and light usage can be rated lighter. Arthoflex (Capsicum) [extreme]: See Capsicum below. This is stronger then the Capzacin-HP at .125%. Ben-Gay [medium to heavy]: see Muscle Rubs below. Capsicum/Capsaicin [heavy to beyond extreme depending on strength]: This is the active agent in many substances. This is also what makes peppers and chilies HOT. These substances tend to be among the hotter to hottest things you can readily find. Weaker items may contain .025% while stronger ones may be .125%. Capsicum/Capsaicin can be absorbed including from eating Mexican food and other foods containing peppers and chilies. You can overdose on these. One of the detrimental affects includes elevated heart rate. If you are consuming foods as well as using the muscle rubs for sore muscles/joints and using them for kinky play you should be very careful. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoville_scale for further information about Capsaicin. Tabasco sauce tends to be in the 3,500 to 5,000 range. There are peppers and chilies that go up to 1,000,000 or so. There are hot sauces that claim to reach about 1,000,000 or a bit more. If you put a drop on your tongue and can't tolerate it, I'd suggest it may be too hot to play with. Capzacin and Capzacin-HP (Capsicum) [heavy to extreme]: The HP has 3 times as much Capsaisin as the regular. Cinnamon Oil [extreme to crazy] (I haven't used powder): There are at least 2 types that I've heard of. The leaf version is reported to be hotter. The feeling tends to be hot/harsh Used on nipples (full strength), it provides a mild burning sensation and a nice odor:). Used on the labia, it provides a burning sensation which at full strength is very intense. (My play partner dashed for the bathroom to wash it off, others have found it just bearable and very intense). I usually apply it with a q-tip. This is strong stuff and can cause chemical burns. Be very careful! I'd recommend a 20:1 dilution to start. Finalgon [reported as heavy to extreme]: I've heard of this and reports are it is very strong. The insert says the active ingredients (if I'm reading it correctly) are Nonylic acid vanillylamide (nonivamide) and nicotinc acid butoxyethylester (nicoboxil). I got a tube via Amazon, but I do not know the language it is printed in. Heet! (Capsicum) [extreme] : see Capsicum. Comes with a handy applicator. External use only! Spankers report using this to extend the well spanked feeling. Hot oils/sauces (Capsicum) [highly variable from medium to crazy]: There are many. One person reports a vanilla partner wanted to try this rubbed on her crotch and enjoyed it for awhile, but it built up to an intense burning after a short while (I'd guess about a half a minute or so). Starts very mild and builds over time. Different brands/types may react differently. Icy-Hot [medium to heavy]: see Muscle rubs below. Jalapeņo peppers (Capsicum) [heavy to extreme]: The reports sound a lot like Tabasco sauce, but I don't know how the intensity compares to Tabasco sauce. Olive oil is reported to alleviate the effects. Muscle rubs [medium to extreme]: Ben-gay, Tiger Balm, Icy-Hot, and other mineral rubs: Different reactions from different people. Usually more intense applied frontally then anally, but different people respond differently. I seem to be immune to them anally, while others find them much stronger. These are usually more intense when exposed to air/water. I'm not sure how to dilute these. I'd just use very small quantities, well rubbed around. I've used it with KY on dildoes and rubbed directly on the clit/vagina/labia/breasts. Nettles [mild to extreme]: More botany play the chemical play. ;) https://www.kinkly.com/definition/6713/nettle-play http://www.textfiles.com/sex/EROTICA/N/nettle.txt Peppermint oil/extract [mild to heavy]: Provides a cool burning when applied to labia, quite pleasant actually. Little to no effect on nipples. Tiger Balm (Menthol) [medium to heavy]: See Muscle rubs above. Wasabi [heavy to extreme]: About as hot as Tabasco sauce but a different type of heat. It's somewhat hotter but doesn't last as long. It's reported more intense in the rectum. Tabasco sauce (capsicum) [heavy to extreme]: Very intense on labia or anus on a butt plug. One bottom reports using a 1:1 dilution for 'pleasure' scenes and full strength for punishment scenes. Starts near full intensity and wears off over time or washing. Toothpaste [mild to medium]: Mild burning sensation when used anally, fairly popular and the most often used in regular scenes when substances are used. Unless you think you're very sensitive, I'd use full strength. Varies from brand to brand and flavor to flavor. Cinnamon being hotter then Peppermint, etc. Vick's vapor rub (Menthol) [mild]: Start with small dabs. The effect peaks quickly and fades in about 15 to 20 minutes and is very hard to remove. Wintergreen [mild to heavy]: Similar to Cinnamon oil, but not as strong and a 'cooler' burning sensation. I've applied it to nipples and crotch. The wintergreen I've used is hard candy flavoring, not pure oil. See links below for more information on toxicity of wintergreen oil. Additional note from Spawn_of_VGW: Wintergreen contains methyl salicylate (aspirin is a salicyalate). Thirty ml (about 1 fl oz) of wintergreen oil is equal to 55.7 g of aspirin, or about 171 adult aspirin tablets (US). Men tend to have harsher reactions. Ask if they are on an aspirin regiment. Actually, when using wintergreen, regardless of gender, make sure they haven't taken aspirin. Links related to wintergreen: http://pharmacology.georgetown.edu/urbanherbs/wintergreen.htm http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wintergreen#Toxicity_of_Wintergreen_oil ========== Stuff NOT to use ========== Stuff not to use!! These are again from peoples reports either posted to the net or in email. Check the labels on the containers and also the MSDS. Acetone [extreme]: Extremely intense burning when applied to the groin and probably toxic. It will not wash off; you're stuck letting it fade over time. Acetone is commonly found in nail polish remover. Cheap Perfume (high alcohol content): A female bottom I've corresponded with put about 1-2 teaspoons on a tampon and inserted it anally. Felt good going in, but murder coming out and she worshipped the porcelain pot for about half a week as well as smelling bad. Rubbing/isopropol alcohol: These are not designed for internal consumption or use. They are almost always denatured (made poisonous) to prevent drinking. ================= 4) Sample Ideas. ================= When I show dilutions, 1:1 is 1 part water to 1 part irritant, 5-10:1 is dilutions of 5:1 through 10:1. Intensity examples: light: rectal - toothpaste (crest is a good brand) front - Wintergreen diluted 5-10:1, Tabasco or Cinnamon oil diluted 10-20:1. Vick's Vapor Rub. nipples - Cinnamon oil 5-10:1 or wintergreen 5:1 mild: Tabasco front or rear diluted 5-15:1 front - Cinnamon oil/wintergreen diluted 5-10:1, small amount of Ben-gay/Icy-Hot/tiger balm. nipples - wintergreen 2:1 or Cinnamon oil 2-5:1 heavy: Tabasco front or rear either undiluted or diluted up to 5:1. front - Cinnamon oil 2-5:1, Wintergreen full strength to 2:1, Ben-gay/Icy-Hot/tiger balm a normal amount rubbed in. nipples - Cinnamon oil or wintergreen applied full strength. punishment: Tabasco front or rear at full strength. Cinnamon oil applied front at full strength. liberal quantities of Ben-gay/icy-hot/tiger balm well rubbed in. Intense/punishment scene: Take a tampon and liberally coat it with Tabasco sauce and insert it rectally. Take a second tampon and liberally coat it with Tabasco sauce, Ben-gay, Capzacin, or Icy-Hot and insert it in front. Then take a sanitary napkin or cotton pad and coat with one of these and first rub well on labia/clit and then hold it firmly in place with a crotch strap. She should be restrained so she cannot interfere or remove things until you decide she should or until she accomplishes some task (predetermined before the scene). You can also just use butt plugs and coat them appropriately. Putting condoms on plugs makes clean up easier. Mild scene: Use a Qtip to apply the irritant (diluted) to the front. Apply full strength to nipples. Use toothpaste or diluted substance in rear. You can get a stronger effect from Cinnamon oil (and other irritants) on nipples if you soak a cotton ball or band aid and tape/fasten over the nipples. This also works on other areas. ;) A normal amount of cinnamon oil/Tabasco sauce for a plug would be 2-6 drops. ==================================== 5) Stories/information from others. ==================================== NOTE: I have done some spelling corrections and reformatting to improve readability, grammar, and printing. ***** from black08panther on fetlife during the uk lockdowns i used that time of boredom to test various household cleaners and garden chemicals, 1st id spray or rub on the chosen product leave for 1 min then record the pain if any out of 10 and same for swelling if any, top products for maximum score was oven cleaners, diswasher salt, toilet cleaners and bleach, vinagar, whisky, surgical spirit and surprisingly dettol im still experimenting and am willing to try new suggestions ***** from a person who wishes to remain anonymous Alright. I've done an initial and very gentle test on both, in case of big reactions, and now done a more extensive test on the white. (These are just my personal experiences, and obviously I'm not suggesting that anyone should want to use Tiger Balm in this way.) Three things for ref: first, I have quite a high pain tolerance, I think. Second, I've tested on the most sensitive body part I have - use your imagination, but it will be different for everyone, so let's just go with 'most sensitive'. And third, this was an external test only, not an internal one. I did a 24 hour allergy test first, someplace else on my body, and it showed no adverse reactions. Both the gentle first test (just a tiny bit) and the stronger second test (enough to feel a clear and unmistakable effect) of the white gave pretty much the same reaction: cold and tingly at first, then eventually cold and somewhat numbing. Not unpleasant, certainly not painful (to me, anyway), and not all that stimulating - especially with the numbing effect. Physically not a useful toy for me in terms of pain play or arousal. Psychologically, if it were to be used, say, as something I might put on and maybe recharge during the day as an aide memoir... well, it's something more than nothing in that regard. Also possibly a good thing to have in an aftercare kit: it does what one would hope it would do since it's designed for headaches, which is to give a little cooling, a little numbing. Both might come in handy in a few soothing ways I can think of. So that's my personal use for white Tiger Balm: as a gentle reminder, or a tingling soother. (Again, I'm not suggesting anyone else should try this, or that any of my response to it would be true for anyone else. This is just my personal experience. I will wait a few days to try the other one.) Just wanted to add to this that I did a similar experiment with the red, and it wasn't all that different, to be honest. A little warmer, a little less numbing, but in no way what I would personally refer to as pain. And still numbing, so... it also goes into my aftercare kit. ***** from mstrdan1013@yahoo.com 1) Figging - the use of a "finger" of fresh peeled ginger root as a "fig" taken anally. My experience very positive. My sub finds this an erotic but pretty intense sort of experience, the "zingy" burn of the ginger is arousing, and can be supplemented by using a sliver of the ginger to caress the clit. Do not use lubricants other than plain water (which will make the fig slippery), these deaden the effect. Score the fig a bit before insertion, to increase release of the "juices". Individuals DO vary in sensitivity, and some ginger is hotter than others. This does appear to be very safe. Fresh ginger is eaten in stir fry dishes. 2) The effect of irritants on the nipples can be increased if the nipples are "scrubbed" with a rough dish scrubber (such as a "doobie pad") or a sanding sponge to exfoliate the outer layer of (dead) skin. Obviously, care is required not to take too much skin . I have used with, eg, the "Tabasco sauce bath" (sub leans forward and bathes her scrubbed nipples in two teacup saucers which have the hollows filled with Tabasco sauce). Some girls are not very "nipple sensitive" to ordinary Tabasco, even with some exfoliation. Habanero Tabasco is a "step up" but my own sub one time showed some tiny blistering from bathing in the Habanero. YMMV. One other word of warning, some girls are intensely sensitive to pepper type irritants anally, OR, on the clit. A favorite playmate and pain slut (I have several times single tailed her tits to the blood) once had one or two drops of Tabasco applied to her clit, and she found the pain to be unendurably excruciating, her all time worst "bad scene" in BDSM. One final point expanding information in the folder on "essential oils". A year or so ago I was at a weekend outing at a scene friendly BnB in my area, and the Inn owners serving wench (a scene kinky girl) had a collection of essential oils she had gotten from a European source. One I'd not seen before was "oil of oregano". She said her own experimentation indicted this was the most intense of all the oils she had. Skeptically, I rubbed just a tiny little dab on my own subs nipple (no exfoliation or previous play to cause increased sensitivity). Response was rapid, and indeed surprisingly intense. Very intense! ***** From a person who wishes to remain anonymous: 2 dried red Thai chili peppers were crushed by hand and inserted into my vagina. for the first 5-10 minutes just an intense burn but then my top stuck his fingers in me to push the peppers around and holy hell - intense pain. To the point where I felt like I was going to throw up. I ran to the bathroom and tried to get the chilies out of my vagina. Peeing felt like razor blades. I ended up hopping into the shower, using the detachable shower head for a cold water bath to help numb it. the first half hour-45 minutes were horrible, then over the next hours or two the burning became less and less. My labia were swollen for most the night but everything was fine the next day. I plan on doing this again. trying different peppers..all for science! ;) ***** Ronin_Nexus on Fetlife: At first, I only smeared a small amount [Icy-Hot] around on my plug before I inserted it. After a few minutes, I started to feel a very slight pain (more of a sensation than a pain, really) that only lasted for a few minutes. After that wore off, I decided to try a greater amount of Icy-Hot. I completely covered the plug with a thick layer and inserted it. It only took about 15-20 seconds to start to burn. And it burned. It's probably a mild pain compared to some of the stuff you've used before, but I'm a beginner, so this was painful to me. And for some reason, it burns more when I clench up. More when I sat down on it, too. And even more when I clenched when sitting. It took about an hour to start to fade. Even now, 2 hours in, it still burns. The pain's gone down a bit, but not by much. I'm a bit worried about toxicity, so I'm going to try to clean it out for now. Any advice in that regard would be welcome. Oh, and just to be perfectly clear: I kept the plug in the whole time, so I don't know if it would have worn off by now or not if I had taken the plug out sooner. ***** From: ST702424@BROWNVM.BROWN.EDU (Benjamin Fan) Subject: Re: Irritants Date: 17 Jun 91 22:47:47 GMT Lines: 30 Just dug these up from my memory: Tiger Balm: Tiger Balm is an ointment which, I believe is camphor based. It has a distinctive scent. When placed on the skin, it produces a cool sensation and when placed in the nostrils, it clears up the sinus passages. I have no idea about what it would do to mucous membranes. Green Oil: Green Oil is a greenish oil which looks like aftershave, smells a lot like Tiger Balm (again, I believe camphor) and is really neat. When placed on the skin, it produces a "burning" cold sensation. One drop is all that is needed to produce this effect. When placed on the eyelids, it burns not only the eyelid, but its vapors tend to irritate the eye also, the effect being that the recipient is pretty much blinded for the duration between application and evaporation. Again, I am not sure what Green Oil would do on mucous membranes-- I would be careful with this. Both products are of Asian origin. I would expect these products to be found in a "Chinatown" grocery or drug store, probably in a fairly urban locale. (The green oil may be wintergreen or related to it, according to some later posts - multics) ***** From: eaeu172@orion.oac.uci.edu (Jason Martin Mcdonnell) Subject: Re: Irritants Keywords: cologne and Tabasco sauce Date: 11 Jun 91 21:30:30 GMT Lines: 27 I have been in the B&D area for a long time. As a member of THRESHOLD (LA's old JANUS Group). I feel that I can talk about this. I think that any chemicals applied to sexual organs is a risk issue. If you wish to put something like Tabasco sauce inside your anus, you will find a mild burning sensation. I doubt that you will find the burning that you are looking for, but it will hurt. Many chemical burning agents (Ben-gay, Icy-Hot) and the like require a supply of air to make them work best. The most interesting thing you will find is that after you have climaxed, the burning sensation will be many times greater. I suggest that if you are going to put any chemicals on a human sexual organ, that you try some over the counter heating rubs. The hottest ones around are Icy-Hot, and Mineral Ice. These contain menthol as their active ingredient and you should find them to be very effective in hurting. The burning feeling will be quite intense, and it is hard to wash off. Anyway, there is some scarring that will happen to the anus with any chemical that is used up your ass. If you want to have the maximum effect, I recommend that you get a LARGE Ass plug that you can find, and use BEN-GAY as the lubricant to get it up your ass. It will burn slightly, and your ass being opened by the plug. My master is curious and has requested I ask so that I do not get hurt too badly. The best way to discover substances that are safe to use for irritants for sexual purposes is to read the label. if it says it's OK for the substance to contact mucous membranes, then you can probably use it on the genital/anal region. Note that I said probably. This in itself is not a good guide, though if it says 'keep away from eyes, nose, and mucous membranes' you shouldn't mess around with it. Obviously not all interesting substances come with labels, for instance, food items. Specifically: what effect does Tabasco sauce applied to the vulva have, and what happens when a tampon soaked in cologne is inserted into the anus? I know from experience, but would like a medical opinion on the safety of such activity. You're really asking two different questions here. The vagina and the anus both have their own strange quirks. As far as an anus goes, almost anything that you would normally eat, in comparable quantities, won't damage it. Too much of some things may give you a bleeding ulcer. Just think of the last time you over-ate Mexican food, and how your lower intestine handled it. Remember that anything you insert into an anus will go straight to your bloodstream, faster than if you ate it. Therefore don't use cologne, unless you can be sure it isn't toxic. As a rough guess, cologne includes lots of different kinds of alcohols, and therefore could make you go blind in sufficient quantities. This may be a bit of an alarmist assumption on my part, but I really would stick with toothpaste. Vagina's are different. if you insert anything strange into them, you may upset the friendly little microorganisms that live there and get yourself a yeast infection. Some people never get yeast infections. Some people get them at the drop of a nonoxyl-9-covered condom. Therefore if you're going to mess with genital irritation, then be very careful, use dilute solutions only, and keep a supply of Monistat on hand (it's now available over the counter). Yeast infections just aren't a suitable slave punishment. They itch so bad you can hardly walk, they often won't go away on their own, and they smell bad. Obviously other skin is tougher. Try using muscle rub, such as Ben-gay or Icy-Hot, on the nipples. > Also: what is the general effect of cinnamon oil, and where can I > find it? I have checked the local grocery store spice racks with > no luck. Does it have to be ordered from Watkins or something? Cinnamon oil burns. Clove oil actually has a more interesting sensation and it's easier to find. Clove oil is a topical anesthetic full strength and is often sold in drug stores for that reason as a toothache remedy. Essential oils, such as clove, peppermint, and cinnamon are available from any place that sells candy making supplies. Try a well-stocked gourmet shop, a drug store (the big ones that also carry surgical and vet supplies are your best bet) or a health food store. Always dilute them with vegetable oils. Remember that they are oil and will degrade latex. ***** MsNoir I got cinnamon oil on my pussy, not full strength as a few drops were mixed with some creamy oil and lube for play. It was food grade as it came from a candy making and baking supply store. I can handle straight capsaicin on my pussy to give reference to my cinnamon oil reaction. No sooner did it touch my skin and it was horrific. I gave new meaning to the term "fire crotch". I was in such pain I was ready to say fuck it and go to the ER sucking up how embarrassing it would be explaining why my pussy got spritzed with cinnamon oil. Before going though I Google searched what neutralized cinnamon oil when it comes in contact with mucous membranes on a human. It didn't exactly spit out the answer and solution to my problem but after scanning thru several of the search results, I decided to try both fresh aloe Vera plant and fresh coconut flesh before going to the ER. I washed with dawn dish soap first. That didn't feel good at all, made it hurt worse but if dawn can save birds from oil spills they get into I thought it would hurt. After that I beat the fuck outta my fresh coconut, since I didn't know how to crack a coconut open at that point. I tried the coconut milk soaking a paper towel and laying it on my pussy... no that didn't do anything but the coconut flesh laid on my pussy white part to my skin did take the heat out some. Then I got aloe Vera stalks off the plant growing outside my front door, and slit open the stalks and placed the flesh of the plant directly on my pussy. I alternated those 2 things and after 6 hours I decided I didn't need to embarrass myself at the ER. I will never do that again, ever. Oregano oil is pretty horrific too but not like cinnamon oil. Epic fail for me. ===== from Avarys on fetlife.com I've used Tiger Balm on myself, and it's amazing. Feels hot and then cold and then back again, a very interesting sensation! First time I tried it, it was very intense, and lasted a good 20-30 minutes before subsiding. It's probably my favorite thing I've tried so far, although my pain tolerance seems to have gone up and it's not as intense as I'd like it to be anymore. I apparently really like pain in that particular area, so I was curious to try something a little stronger... I tried tabasco sauce once, and hooooo boy. Just a tiny droplet on my finger was enough to make me squirm-- it felt hot and throbbing, and I half-expected to see heat waves coming off my lady-bits, haha. It's definitely something to approach slowly, try a tiny drop and see how it goes, add another if it's tolerable, building up gradually and watching for signs of a bad reaction (or for your partner to tell you it's too much in a bad way, of course). Lastly, there was something I tried completely by accident: You know how sometimes you'll go to the bathroom and not realize the toilet paper roll is empty until after you do your business? And you look around desperately for a substitute? And then you're relieved to see a box of Kleenex on the counter? Yeah. I did that without realizing they were the kind infused with Vick's Vap-O-Rub. Ohhhh gods, I was NOT expecting that. It burned cold like a motherfucker and didn't wipe off with a damp cloth. Under sexy conditions it probably would've been awesome, but when you're just trying to tinkle rather than torture yourself? Holy crap.
