Get several die of different colors.  People roll die to determine what's
done, what level of severity, how many strokes, etc.  The last die rolled
determines if the person is the victum or the punishment or gets to do
it to someone else.  Die can also include location, ie breast, butt,
crotch, thighs, etc.
