Here's something you can do in groups of 2, three or four depending on
how the groups can best be divided into equal size teams.

Put 10 to 20 clothespins on a plate for each team.  Without using hands,
the team has to put all the clothes pins on each other or all on one,

Whatever the team wants to do, first team to get all the clothes pins
on wins, no hands allowed.

If teams of three, you have one team member on one side of the room and
two on the other, the groups of two have to put all the clothespins on one
of the two, the one with the clothespins then walks over to the other side
and the third has to take all the pins off and put them on another plate.

If teams of 4, you have two groups of 2 members on each side of the room.
The start side has to put the clothespins on, then walk over to the
other side and the people there have to take them off the first pair
and put them on the second pair.  Again, no hands are allowed.
