A possible low-key starter fire game:  The sub is sitting at a table
with the top opposite her.  The top has heavy wet cotton towels and
water handy.  The sub is naked from the waist up except for a bra.
The sub's hair is tied back.  On the table infront of the sub are two
candles just below chest height, a couple feet apart.  The top lights
one of the candles.  The sub lights her bra from the candle and uses the
lit bra to light the other candle without using her hands.  The top is
ready to put out the bra at the first sign of distress.  Options would
be to have the sub tied into the chair and/or their wrists fastened to
the chair or a waist belt.

If this works OK you can then develop it to other scenarios, i.e. the
top lights the bra - first each cup separately, then maybe both cups
at the same time and the sub then has to light two candles.  Maybe next
the candles could be further away.

Another option would be that the sub wear a flame-resistant leotard that
we have cut holes in for the sub's breasts, and the sub wears the bra
on top of that.  Flame resistant obvious wouldn't stop a conflagration,
but should provide adequate protection for the parts of the subs body
we don't want to hurt in these sort of games.

We could then repeat the same using her panties with the candles on
the floor.  Again, a long leg flame-resistant leotard could be used to
protect the non-panty covered areas.
