I also wondered about having a tin strapped to each breast, and then
putting a lit charcoal block in each one so that they heated up.  Again,
what do you think?

I've thought that metal breast cups could be heated a variety of ways.
Lighters, candles, electrically, etc.  Same of metal panties.

I'm not sure that a heated coin would be quite the same (though certainly
worth a try).

Hows this for a hot tube:  take two metal tubes, one inside the other
with a gap between them and the end that's inserted capped.  The inside
tube is an inch shorter at the top so anything entering the inner tube
can flow out the outer tube.  Place a lit candle in the inner tube with
enough space around it for air to flow and insert the tube, the candle
will heat the tube.

Hot horse:  use a metal tube as the top of a 'horse'.  You straddle the
horse with some to all your weight on the tube.  Various methods can be
used to heat or cool the tube.  Hair dryer can blow hot air through it,
candles can heat it, small oil lamps, etc.

===== hot walk

You are dressed normally with skirt/dress.  A short spreader bar is
fastened near your mid/upper thighs and a small alcohol/oil lamp is
fastened to the center of the bar and lit.  With proper placement,
standing stil is very painful, while walking is not.

===== sunburn

I remember seeing a news article a couple years ago that some company
developed a swimsuit that allowed UV through so you could get a tan all
over even wearing the suit.  I could see getting one and only putting
suntan oil on the exposed skin, thus allowing bottom, crotch, and breasts
to sunburn.

You are fastened to a chair with a metal seat, a candle or sterno can
is placed below it.  You have to ask for your breasts to be tortured a
certain amount before being released or you have to torture them yourself
while I watch.
