Breasts and labia can be readily nailed to wood boards.  The primary
concerns for safety are:

1)  Keeping everything sterile to prevent infection.

2)  When nailing or putting needles into the breast, if you penetrate the
breast gland itself, you can damage or scar the milk ducts.  This can
casue problems if you wish children in the future.  The blocked ducts
can cause medical problems when the milk can't escape.

3)  Smaller, sharper nails will be less likely to scar then duller,
larger in diameter nails.

Once breasts and/or labia are nailed to a board or other object the
object can be fastened to walls, doors, etc to hold you in place for
additinal torture.

We could insert a wood dildoe, nail your labia to it and then go for
a walk.
