You're bound with hands tied behind your back standing.  

A thick coarse rope goes around your waist from behind and the two ends
down through your crotch between your labia in front, back up through
your buttocks and under the waist loop and is fastened to a pole or wall
behind you.

Your breasts are under torment, maybe nipple clamps tied to a rope
going over a pully holding a bucket.  Water slowly drips into the bucket
increasing the weight.  

A candle or small lamp is on a stand in front of you so the flame is
just crotch high.  

When you are as far forward as possible, the flame from the candle/lamp
can just singe the rope where it passes through your crotch.  Struggling
forward just embeds the rope further into your crotch.

You have to singe your crotch in order to burn through the rope, but
that allows you to move forward so the bucket rests on the floor and is
no longer supported by your breast clamps.  

As a safety item, your pubic hair is coated with some type of fire
retardant as I don't think we want a bush fire for this scene, though
it could be interesting ;)

Options:

	add an enema and butt plug.

	Use non-flammable irritant on the rope.

	Lube the butt plug with irritant.

	Place a board with two holes infront of you.  The twine from your
	breasts to the bucket goes through the holes.  The board around
	the holes is covered with pins or tacks.  You have to kinda grind
	your breasts into the tacks to push the board forward enough so
	the bucket rests on the ground.

	There is a board behind you with tacks on it and as the bucket
	gets heavier, it also pulls the board into your bottom.  Maybe we
	could rig a rachet so the board can only move forward.

	We place a heat source behind you.  Perhaps a candle that's
	burning toward your bottom, or maybe an iron.  The longer you
	take burning the crotch rope, the hotter your bottom gets.

	You are wearing a bra with nipple holes to allow attaching the
	nipple clips.  There are candles attached to the bra or on a
	board in front of you.	If you go too far forward or take too
	long, you set your bra on fire.
